No. Unfortunately we're not the place where you bought the deal. You need to contact the partner site we directed you to when you found a deal you wanted to buy. If you can't remember where you made the purchase, send us all the information you can recall about the deal (e.g. price, time of purchase, etc.). We may be able to find it in our database.

We collect all deals and great experiences from many different content providers. You can contact them, and if they choose to promote your business, there's a very high chance you'll see your business on Bownty as well. Remember to mention it to the content provider.
You're following certain categories of deals. You can always easily unfollow categories and follow others. Go into your "Preferences" and choose what you want.
