These terms of service apply to your use of Bownty. By creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, or browsing the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them you should stop using the service.
Our service
Bownty is a free deal aggregator. We collect and curate deals from third-party merchants and affiliate partners and present them to you through our website, app and email newsletter. We do not sell the products and experiences ourselves.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup.
- You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or extract data in bulk without permission.
- You are responsible for any transactions you make with third-party merchants linked from Bownty.
Purchases and merchants
All purchases happen on the merchant's own site. Bownty is not a party to any purchase contract between you and the merchant. Questions about a specific deal — pricing, availability, delivery, returns — should be directed to the merchant.
Pricing and availability
Deal prices and availability can change at any time. We do our best to keep our listings up to date but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every listing at every moment.
Account termination
You can delete your account from your account settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the relevant Bownty entity is registered. See the privacy policy for details about data protection responsibilities.
